Media Matters
Media Matters: "REPORT: "Fair and balanced" Fox News aggressively promotes "tea party" protests".

Their summary of the article:
Despite its repeated insistence that its coverage is "fair and balanced" and its invitation to viewers to "say 'no' to biased media," Fox News has frequently aired segments encouraging viewers to get involved with "tea party" protests across the country, which the channel has described as primarily a response to President Obama's fiscal policies. Media Matters has compiled an analysis of Fox News' promotion of these events.
Now, since it is widely known that Media Matters is a left-leaning "watchdog," I won't waste my time arguing the obviously biased summary they have of their article which is supposedly meant to monitor bias in the media. The article itself is full of instances Fox News reports on the Tea Party protests. According to Media Matters, Fox News is biased and not "fair and balanced" because they are reporting on people who dare oppose the Obama administration spending, fiscal irresponsibility, and tax hikes that are explicit and implicit (i.e. on energy companies, tobacco, etc.) regardless of what party these protesters affiliate themselves with. The lefties at Media Matters can't handle the heat, or in this case, reporting on a national movement, so they attempt to discredit news reports on it. More power to them.
To me this article just emboldens the fact that people in support of the Tea Party's are justified in standing up and letting their voice be heard. Democrat's and Socialists are just offended because it's a rude awakening for them to have some other group organize and protest.

I agree with you Chris. The silent majority is usually quiet, but not this time. They've finally decided to stand up and be heard. Don't be surprised if Acorn shows up pretending to be part of the protesters and misbehaves to make the rest of us look bad. We need to call out any protesters who appear to be shills for Acorn!!
